3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Our services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly).
- Payments are processed securely through Paddle.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of AgreementPro and its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AgreementPro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
